Urgent Vacancy for Customer Service (Mandarin & Cantonese)
Minimum Requirements:
1) Age: 18-35 years old
2) At least an SPM/ Diploma
3) Candidates are required to work on shifts
4) Candidates must be able to speak fluently in ENGLISH, MANDARIN & CANTONESE
5) Location: Ara Damansara, Kelana Jaya.
Responsibilities :
1) To handle all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other inquiries.
2) To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
3) To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers' convenient traveling.
